For generations, land and labor here in the Embudo Valley have been undervalued, extracted from, and priced out from under the people who tended it first. Gentrification pushes families out of the valley their grandparents built. We're pricing our services the other way.
Every service we offer is priced on a sliding scale, on purpose. Neighbors with more room in their budget cover more of the cost, so neighbors with less can still take part, in full. This isn't charity — it's solidarity. It's one small way we push back against a system built to squeeze working and generational communities off their own land. No one is ever turned away for lack of payment.
